The Big Tour Roundup

As Florence's latest American tour grinds to a triumphant close, we're grateful to have our lady back in one piece. To celebrate here's a little round-up of the American adventures:

S-s-studio time in Miami is done in style at this classic deco infused location.



Keeping the tone strictly smooth, the ladies pick up some other classic artefacts to remind them of their time there.





Miami is essentially Isa's spiritual home.



Where as... you can take the girl out of South London...



Atlanta gave Flo a jarring hangover apparently



July 4th and all caution gets thrown to wind with the handy over the counter rockets and BOMBS stand.



St Louis threw up new inspiration for album 2's artwork



One of Tom harpists greatest skills is his ability to effortlessly blend in.



After all the hard work, the team are afforded some well earned down time = DAY TRIP

Here we see the team excitedly travelling on the boat to Universal studios - Rob as ever does not compromise his moody mystique in the name of fun.



Oh hang on not even his "tough nut" exterior can resist the mystical magic of the Hogwarts express!

  • flo jarring hangover, hahah, that's a new side of Flo that I had no clue about! I remember the first time I've heard her "dog days are over" and fell in love with her at first tune! I've downloaded all her albums and singles, spent days in converting flv to avi http://flvtoaviconverter.org/ and listening to her amazing voice. They are performing in Wales soon, I hope I'll have a chance to come over!

  • Haha. I love your pictures from Universal. I live sooooo close to there. If only I had been there that day. That would have been AMAZING!! I am on spring break now so I am going with friends on Wednesday. Can't wait! I love living so close I can go when ever i want!:) Love you Florence!! Oh yeah, you should come here more often.   • Florence you have a gift! Ever since i got in the car and turned on my dads CD of yours, i couldnt stop listening to it! Every morning on the way to a field hockey game we would turn it on. Your songs let me have a connection with him and im SO thankful for that. He lives in NYC for the week and comes home on the weekends when my mom leaves. My mom and i live in the USA. We keep hoping that you will be touring close to us, but we are happy even just knowing about you. Thank you Florence:)

I was right near the front, I think (hope) there was a little bit of eye contact between us ;) It was my first concert that I've been to and what an experience- your voice is just as amazing live as it is on your albums...what can I say?   • Florence and The Machine, you have restored my faith in music today. As a singer myself I truly miss the good music, and now that I am in the Marine Corps I miss it even more. You inspire me to keep the passion of music alive and to not be afraid to be extreme in music. I hope maybe one day you would be my date to this years Marine Corps Ball in Kingston, Jamaica.
