How wonderful to discover your music. I go to Berklee College of Music, and was fascinated and completely flat out EXCITED to hear such fantastic original fresh tasty exploratory music. Come to BOSTON! So amazing.

I found a lengthy article about Florence and the Machine in a magazine I picked up by chance (though really nothing happens by chance...) in Japan, it was some random free music magazine lying on a stand... I took it home, flipped through it, and saw the cover of "Lungs" pasted inside.
Yesterday, I went to Target and they have this section of CDs called "Artists on the Verge", and I always make sure to check that section first, and my eyes fell on "Lungs". I bought it, and it's perfect.

What can i say? Voice is amazing. Such power and presence. Have been a music fan since the early eighties and have never before-even as an impressionable teenager-been emotionally moved to the point of tears through the medium of music. Listening to 'lungs' lifts me higher!! :) x

hey flo! saw you in the dam at thursday's gig in melgwek! what can i say - you make my heart melt. we had a photo taken in the streets of amsterdam! you made my flippin day! i love the photo of us, my brother says we're two pale red heads...and he also said you have very nice legs, i second that! :D love you !
