Special MTV Event In New York

On Thursday December 15th Flo will be taking part in a special event for MTV and all fans in the New York area are invited to apply to be there in person.

We're not allowed to tell you what it is yet, but we're sure you'll not want to miss this once in a life time opportunity.

We have 65 pairs of tickets to give away; to be in with a chance of being there fans must meet the following criteria.

1. You and your guest are at least 18 years of age (with government issued picture ID to prove it).
2. You are 100% sure you'll be free to attend this event in the New York City area on the night of Thursday, December 15th.
3. You are able to provide your own transportation to the location in New York City.
4. You agree to being filmed at this event.
5. You must sign up by December 10th to be considered for this event.

You may only apply once and if you are successful you will be awarded two passes so please make sure your guest can attend too.

Once we have randomly selected all of the attendees, we will send confirmation e-mails on Monday December 12th with details of the event only to those chosen (time, location, rules, etc).
