Florence To Feature on New Twilight Soundtrack

It's just been announced today that Florence will feature on the official soundtrack for the forthcoming Twilight film Eclipse.

Florence has contributed a brand new track - 'Heavy In Your Arms' - to the soundtrack for the third instalment of the worldwide blockbuster saga which hits cinema screen on June 30th.

You can get your hands on the soundtrack in stores on June 7th.

  • i don't like twilight but if flo has made the decision to record a song for the soundtracdk then good for her! if flo feels it's the rihgt thing to do then as LOYAL fans then we should respect her decision and support her ALL THE WAY!

  • Yeah! Fantastic, I love twilight. I think Flo's music is perfect for it I always think that Howl or Cosmic love would be perfect twilight. Im really looking forward to here her new song. What ever you think of the films/ books the soundtracks are always really good. Flo deserves to be there it will be good exposure for her in America. Saw Flo last week at Empress Ballroom, she was amazing! Best gig ive ever seen!

  • :| Firstly, I couldn't afford/ get tickets to Splendour in the Grass in time and now this? I honestly couldn't be happier that Florence + the machine is bringing out a new song, but seriously, for Eclipse?

  • thank god there is a well known artist on one of these cd's.I've bought the 2 latest twilight cd's and they are both crap!!!Always thought that flo should definately deserve AT LEAST 1 song of hers on the album!! Can't wait 2 hear it flo!!!!!:)

  • SAME! i hate twilight to but now florence is on the soundtrack there's no way i'm not gonna see it! i'm going with my twilight freak friend as well! and btw, i am florence's most obsessive fan by miles, i psent all day in heathrow airport when they came back from the US just to try nad see them- no luck!
