Florence To Feature on New Twilight Soundtrack

It's just been announced today that Florence will feature on the official soundtrack for the forthcoming Twilight film Eclipse.

Florence has contributed a brand new track - 'Heavy In Your Arms' - to the soundtrack for the third instalment of the worldwide blockbuster saga which hits cinema screen on June 30th.

You can get your hands on the soundtrack in stores on June 7th.

  • I just listened to Hevay In Your Arms and it's amazing, hope everyone loves for just what it is and not because it's on the twilight soundtrack, even though I love twilight it was a bonus to have one of my fave artists be on the soundtrack !!

  • Please, Twilight; as much as I hate you, I've never bashed you aloud, and yet you've taken everything from me: classic horror, literature, graphic novels, and even the funny pages. And now you want my favorite bands? Seriously, I nearly cried when I saw this announcement. No offense to fans of the series, but the makers are captalizing on every trendy niche they can find, and I've run out of safe havens from Ed's sparkles.

  • Man do I hate twilight and man does it make me want to scream but Florence has done a song. And she is a good artist to do a song for this kind of thing. And just as a general question am I the only person who likes Mumford and sons other than my friend?

  • Hey!I'm so glad Flo is part of the soundtrack...I actually was hoping for it. I love the saga and I love her music, and I do think that her genre fits very well with the whole Twilight saga mood. My favourite song of flo is Cosmic Love and when I saw the video I couldn't believe it! I've always immagined it to be part of the last twilight saga film soundtrack..I think it fits perfectly..and this was much before the news up here.I'm so excited! Can't wait to hear it!

  • Come on Twilight Haters. Some awesome storylines and artists have contributed to Twilight films. I really like Twilight and worship Florence and the Machine. She has decided to do this. So doesn't that mean some fans are going against Florence??? Now a duo with Lady GaGa that would be dire.
