The box is made from Bordeux leather with a luxurious inner lining of Purple Suede flocking complete with lungs mirror in the lid.

It comes complete with a nappa leather bag which is lined with the very curtain used in the album cover and holds the Deluxe Edition of the album, 'Lungs'. The bag also features a merino sheepskin front panel.

Inside the box there is a secret hidden compartment which holds two special envelopes containing hand drawn artwork and a personal hand written letter by Florence.
