2012 UK & Ireland Arena Tour Announced

The huge sound of 'Ceremonials' deserves to be heard in grand settings, so in March 2012 Flo will embark on her biggest UK & Ireland tour to date - a ten show, nine city trip around some of the biggest and best venues in the country.

This will be Flo's first UK & Ireland tour since May 2010 and for many fans the first time they will get the chance to see 'Ceremonials' performed live.

It will include a two night run at London's historical Alexandra Palace.

The dates are:

March 2 - Dublin, The 02
March 4 - Bournemouth, BIC
March 5 - Cardiff, Motorpoint Arena
March 6 - Nottingham, Capital FM Arena
March 8 - London, Alexandra Palace
March 9 - London, Alexandra Palace
March 12 - Glasgow, SECC
March 13 - Birmingham, LG Arena
March 15 - Manchester, MEN Arena
March 16 - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena

Special guests for the entire tour will be The Horrors, while Spector will be opening on all dates except March 9th when Theme Park will open.

Tickets for all the shows will go on exclusive pre-sale via www.florenceandthemachine.net/tickets from 9am on Wednesday November 23rd.

They will then go on general sale from 9am on Friday November 25th.

Tickets will be priced at £29.50 for all shows in the UK, and €35/€40 in Dublin.

  • Hi everyone, Went through similar hell as many other fans to get tickets for London 9th of March gig,had 4 in my basket then suddenly 0 then suddenly 2!Anyway 4 of us are travelling from Spain to see Flo and would like to go together but have 2 tickets for Friday night and 2 for Saturday.   • hi , can u pretty please make more dates for ireland happen ?? have been searching every day on ebay for more tickets and there priced at £100-150 onwards and i just cant afford that at the minute :-( so please more dates for dublin or belfast (and this seems a popular request) , thanks leah mcdaid x

  • Flo - can u pllllleeeeeaaaase play the Enmore theatre in Sydney Australia?!?!? It was the best thing i havevever seen!!! Your music connects so smazingly in the smaller fenues. I (and so many others) wld pay a premium for that kind of show again! X

  • I have been extremely lucky, called the LG Arena Birmingham on Wednesday and got told that they would have more pre sales tickets on Thursday!!. On the 'phone Thurs morng and got standing tickets !!!. Called Ticketmaster this morning and managed to get seating tickets for Manchester!!. Very Lucky !!. I hope she adds more dates for Flo fans in Dublin and for all those that did'nt get tickets.

  • Online from before 9:00 this morning, same Wednesday and like so many others I couldnt get tickets for the Dublin show. Ticketmaster is a farce, only the touts are winning.

  • I am Gutted I've only just had a chance to try and get tickets and they have all sold out. I've never seen flo live and I am propper pissed off that I won't be able to see her. Sooo gutted!!

  • i was waiting at my computer this morning waiting for get tickets for the gig ing dubline and i couldnt!! and none of my friends were able to get them ,and we were planning to do a big trip up to dublin for it, i am totally gutted:( please please please add a extra date in dublin!! i and all my friends are massive fans and we really want to see you live!! ellenx

  • basically, the only way the touts will ever be beaten is if no-one actually buys tickets from touts, or it's made illegal. I know I will not ever buy a ticket at more than the face value, even if it is for an artist I really want to see, as long as people are prepared to pay inflated prices, there will be touts. I'm not going to encourage them.....
