This will be Flo's first UK & Ireland tour since May 2010 and for many fans the first time they will get the chance to see 'Ceremonials' performed live.
It will include a two night run at London's historical Alexandra Palace.
The dates are:
March 2 - Dublin, The 02
March 4 - Bournemouth, BIC
March 5 - Cardiff, Motorpoint Arena
March 6 - Nottingham, Capital FM Arena
March 8 - London, Alexandra Palace

March 12 - Glasgow, SECC
March 13 - Birmingham, LG Arena
March 15 - Manchester, MEN Arena
March 16 - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
Special guests for the entire tour will be The Horrors, while Spector will be opening on all dates except March 9th when Theme Park will open.
Tickets for all the shows will go on exclusive pre-sale via www.florenceandthemachine.net/tickets from 9am on Wednesday November 23rd.
They will then go on general sale from 9am on Friday November 25th.
Tickets will be priced at £29.50 for all shows in the UK, and €35/€40 in Dublin.

...when whatever tickets are left go on open sale. This happens time and time again...but what people forget is the fact that the artist misses out on the vast profits the ticket touts make. I did not want to miss out on seeing this very talented young lady live, hence why I was prepared to pay over the odds...but it is so frustrating to see "agencies" on ebay selling tickets for highly inflated prices...bah humbug!
-
I do not mind a certain bit of entrepreneurship but, something needs to be done to stop certain individuals from getting tickets early doors and then putting them on ebay at silly prices. I, like many others was unable to get through the system yesterday thereby not getting any tickets. I succumbed to the sharks on ebay and ended up paying double the face value for 2 seated tickets for Manchester, albeit they are great seats close to the stage. I am expecting the same thing to happen tomorrow...

Is the Bournemouth concert at midnight??! x

Got my tickets for Dublin :D
-
hoping too buy tickets for LG birminghman, in friday, and want too go standing, i know it's late, but any way i can pre order them no?;$
-
I can't believe pre sale tickets for manchester were sold out by 09:15!!
-
I can relate to all that is being said, i have to say this pre-sale was more traumatic than the one last week for C.P I have (i think) got tickets for London but am not confident have never brought from this site in question before and will be so angry if the transcation is false, my girlfriends christmas present and weekend away will be down the pan. good luck to all on friday......
-
I suspected as much, so I tried to buy something from the Flotique on Tuesday night just to confirm I was still signed up -just as well I did as I had forgotten my password! This sort of arrangement is quite common, I've come across it a couple of times, most recently for Arcade Fire at Edinburgh Castle in September, but it is infuriating if you're not aware of it.
-
ah... i knew nothing about having to sign up to the ticket site. no indication that there was another sign up required ! All in all, very poor service. I would rather queue overnight in the rain than have to suffer the madness of the online lottery.
-
regopd - I think what it probably meant was that you needed to log into the ticketing site - which is different to Florence's site. If you have ever bought anything from the Flotique in the past (I'd bought the Lungs 3CD 1DVD box set a couple of years back), then you would have a password, otherwise you would have needed to wait for your password to be sent (and time wasn't on your side today). Even with a password it was slow today, and I timed out once before getting a successful transaction.
-
olikat72 - thanks, got my tickets for Glasgow, only took 20 minutes (including getting kicked out once for timing out!) - it was awfully slow in logging me into the payment site. Now just got to hope it isn't snowing and the roads and railways aren't blocked on the day - 4 hours on a normal day could turn into a nightmare! Enjoy Nottingham!
-
...and I thought it was only me. Had my 2 tickets for a London gig, went to proceed to pay, entered my details and then nightmare. Screen says enter email and we'll send you your password which I didn't need as I'm already a member - no option to continue with the purchase and by then the website was continually saying Error - lost my 2 tickets and then they had all sold out by the time the page started appearing again. Now need to explain to my wife when she gets back from work!
-
Thanks mcalder69 we managed to get seated tickets for Nottingham with no age restriction except she needs to be accompnied by an adult :) I have a very happy mini florence in my house today!! Hope you got your tickets too..we can't wait :))
-
jenada....good luck with the general sale. I think Flo is fantastic, but this experience has left a bitter taste. :(
-
i got the final part of proceeding and then the page crashed and went to a page saying my basket was empty!!! so annoyed, i want tickets for the 15th as its my birthday so i hope i can get them on general sale if not im gunna be more then gutted : (
-
had 3 tickets in basket for newcastle, then site requested email - didnt recognise, despite the fact I was signed in and had received several emails for weeks.??!!! thewn of course, "sold out". I will be requesting an inquiery . grrr!
-
I'm so upset! I had the 2 tickets I wanted for Bournemouth and pressed 'proceed' then the site froze and then i somehow had newcastle tickets and london tickets aswell. Therefore I had to try again BUT THEY WERE SOLD OUT! It's not fair!
-
So bloomin' excited! 9am needs to hurry up already! ^.^
-
all i want is to get a ticket to see an amazing artist and not be ripped off by the poeple who buy them purley to sell on ebay,it winds me up so much that genuine fans get ripped off by money grabbers
