Florence To Support U2 In America

Big news fans in America, Florence will continue her assault on the US next year after today been confirmed for two huge support slots for U2!

Flo will be sharing centre stage with Bono et al in Michigan and Miami in June 2011 as part of the Irish legends' 360º tour.

The dates are:

June 26 - Spartan Stadium, East Lansing
June 29 - Sun Life Stadium, Miami

  • I'm going to see Florence tomorrow night (11-6) up in LA. Would love to see her with U2 @ Anaheim Stadium next June cuz I've got tics to that show as well. It's a rescheduled /make-up show from when Bono had his surgery this past June!

  • Also now supporting U2 at Baltimore 22nd June, and Nashville 2nd July. I believe Nashville is already sold out, but Baltimore goes on sale 8th November.

  • Hmm i don't think they will, I read in NME earlier this year that they will take next Glasto off. They have done 4 years on te trot through. Just as well, I couldn't get tickets anyway, 5 hours of refreshing and pressing redial :( Please can you all vote on my dress entry? Florence would look great in it.   • maybe there will be a midblowing Glasto performance - U2 are being widely predicted for an appearance on the Friday. U2 are also rumoured to be playing Baltimore 20th June, with Flo as support - so maybe they could hitch a lift on Bono's plane?
